A 13-year-old boy with the first reported association of pheochromocytoma with multiple somatic anomalies suggestive of the Turner phenotype and failure of response to thyrotrophin is described. Attention is directed to the increased incidence of thyroidal abnormalities in patients with chromosomal aneuploidy and with pheochromocytoma.
