To the Editor: The recent publication by Schlegel, Neu, Leao, and Gardner (J. Clin. Endocr. 27: 1588, 1967) of a case of a hypogonadal female with streak gonads and an XX chromosomal constitution stresses the scarcity of similar reports in the medical literature. It seems to us that additional experience in this field should be of interest, and we are therefore presenting the report of a similar case seen by us recently.
