This annual work, which critically reviews various aspects of medical genetics, has been increased in size in this volume with seven competent contributors. "Chromosomal Abnormalities in Clinical Medicine" by D. H. Carr provides a most helpful discussion updating information on significant advances in this rapidly moving field. The complexity of the sex chromosomal abnormalities including frequency estimates are carefully collated and discussed here.
