To the editor: Neil Steinmetz's letter in the March issue of the ANNALS concerning confusion in the use of terms to describe the locus and distribution of glomerular lesions and the replies of Drs. Baldwin and Rapoport are eloquent testimony to the need for a standard kidney nomenclature.
