Assessment of patients by selective coronary arteriography and left cineventriculography has become increasingly relevant with the development of promising techniques in coronary bypass surgery. As an indicator of feasibility for such surgery, 100 consecutive patients with symptomatic coronary heart disease and at least one major coronary artery obstructed by a minimum of 75% were reviewed.
