Lymphangiography is a diagnostic tool, used in the evaluation of patients with malignant lymphoma, the limit of which is now well defined as a result of the recent extensive use of abdominal surgery in staging patients with Hodgkin's disease. The use of endolymphatic radiotherapy in the treatment of malignant lymphomas, in general, is less well defined, and its use appears limited by the excellent results obtained in the treatment of Hodgkin's disease by aggressive external radiotherapy.
