It would be a pity if this volume was dismissed as a monograph of interest only to pathologists, for whom, of course, contributions such, as "Crystals in Pathologic Specimens" by Johnson or "Rhabdomyosarcoma: An Ultrastructural Appraisal" by Morales, Fine, and Horn are mainly intended. It contains several excellent contributions that should have a considerably wider appeal.
In keeping with the times there are three articles dealing with transplantation. Feldman discusses the "Immunologic Enhancement of Normal Tissue Grafts," Taylor the "Pathology of Organ Transplantation," and Carson the "Pathologist and the Kidney Transplant."
