To the editor: The article, "A Library for Internists," by Allyn and Stearns (Ann Intern Med 79:293-322, 1973), will aid the individual who is not self-selective. I cannot believe that reading habits, with hundreds of like and dislike factors, should influence everyone. "What's good for me is good for you." Stearns has done this before with selections for community hospitals, with some criticism coming from the entire country on titles omitted (N Engl J Med 280:1188, 1969).
