Probably any text that attempts to cover lung function, its method of assessment, and its application to medicine will have a few weak areas. This book, claims its author, provides a theoretical text on pulmonary function, practical instruction in the performance and interpretation of pulmonary function tests, and their application to healthy and diseased subjects.
