Since the early 1950s, it has appeared likely that the application of immunologic knowledge to oncologic problems might lead to improved modes of treatment, prevention, and diagnosis of cancer. This book, concise and in easy-to-read style, introduces the reader to tumor immunology especially as it is applied to cancer therapy. It is comprised of 6 chapters, preface, introduction, and glossary. The chapters vary in completeness of coverage of the subject addressed, and in completeness of the bibliography, but by and large, each contains important information presented logically.
