It is curious how we have specific and often strikingly appropriate names for groupings of animals. For example, there is a pride of lions. What better name for the stately court of the King of Beasts? A gaggle of geese seems appropriate too. What better place to find a goose and a gander—much more appropriate than finding them in say, a consortium.
Medicine has become so highly subspecialized that we may soon need similar names for groupings of physicians. I can foresee the time when one would refer to a clot of hematologists. When walking by
