To the editor: There is a serious omission in both "Should Young Adults With a Positive Skin Test Take Isoniazid?" (1), and the editorial "Evaluating Isoniazid Preventive Therapy: The Need For More Data" (2). This omission concerns new arrivals not yet covered by the data assessed in both articles.
