The syndrome of sternocostoclavicular hyperostosis with painful bilateral clavicular enlargement and subclavian vein obstruction has been recently described in older adults. We report a similar syndrome, but without sternal or costal involvement, in a young man with hypergammaglobulinemia, vasculitis, enthesopathy, and oligoarthritis.
