Pediatric neurology is a very broad field that is shared in diverse areas by neurosurgeons, neuro-otologists, neuropsychologists, pediatricians, developmental pediatricians, geneticists, orthopedists, educators, neuromuscular specialists, epileptologists, and others. However, we believe that the pediatric neurologist should be in command of all these problems and able to manage them. The authors have set out to cover this field, at least from the clinical standpoint, and have done a very reasonable job.
