To the editor: Two recent articles in the Annals (1, 2) describe non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in patients with the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome; however, we can find no reported cases of Hodgkin's disease and the syndrome, only reference to unpublished observations (2). We report the case of a patient with Hodgkin's disease complicated by an illness strongly suggestive of the syndrome.
