To the editor: I was pleased that our bibliographic retrieval program functioned well when it was evaluated by Panzer and Williams (1).
Reference Manager is my personal bibliographic retrieval system developed over a period of 15 years. Initially written in assembly language for a minicomputer, it has been rewritten for microcomputers, using an easily transportable language.
