Sarcoidosis has diverse clinical presentations and is commonly encountered in many medical disciplines. A concise compendium of the current literature has considerable relevance. Dr. Sharma has organized the data and presented a succinct summary of the major developments in clinical manifestations, etiology, diagnosis, and immunologic aberrations. The all-inclusive nature is the book's outstanding virtue. Many excellent radiographs, photographs, and photomicrographs are reproduced with unusual clarity.
