This book is the result of the combined authorship of two family practitioners with special interest and expertise in teaching, and a doctor of education experienced in medical teaching. It purports to be "written for all clinical teachers," and, indeed, the foreword states that the book includes "everything that one needs to know in order to be an effective teacher of clinical medicine."
