An expensive but practical and well-organized guide to methods of examination, interpretation, and diagnosis in diseases and injuries of the eye. Fine illustrations: photographs, drawings, and diagrams, almost all in color. Much of the content is relevant mainly to ophthalmologic practice, but the conditions of great importance in internal medicine (infections, uveitis, retinal changes in systemic diseases) are well covered and succinctly explained.
