Pharmkin is a pharmacokinetics-teaching simulation designed to illustrate graphically the effects of drug dosage selection. It is intended primarily for fourth-year medical students to supplement their training in pharmacology. The software is user-friendly and easy to install on most systems. It has prewritten batch files that load and configure the software for each system (both floppy and hard-drive-based systems are supported), and it compensates for four possible monitor configurations (MONO, CGA, EGA, or Hercules Graphics).
