Detailed descriptions of the ocular manifestations seen in a wide range of diseases and disorders. The text is organized not by ocular findings but by the systemic conditions, and the index is grossly deficient in terms for ocular findings; therefore internists would not, in general, be able to use this text in efforts to get diagnostic suggestions from ocular findings. Most of the illustrations (all in black and white) are for retinal, external, or histologic findings. The systemic conditions are briefly described. This text will probably be more useful to consulting ophthalmologists than to general physicians.
