The first edition of Entrapment Neuropathies was a popular text for general neurologists, hand, and orthopedic surgeons, and was an invaluable reference text for the electromyography laboratory. The second edition has the same complete, well-presented chapters plus some helpful additions. The book is well organized, with each chapter devoted to a site of nerve entrapment. The most common sites of entrapment of the median and ulnar nerves are presented first, with less common syndromes discussed subsequently. In this edition, the authors have reorganized the chapters slightly and have begun with an excellent summary of the pathophysiology of nerve compression injury
