TO THE EDITOR:
I was surprised that Choudhry and colleagues (1) reported no potential financial conflicts of interest. One of the authors and his wife serve as co-editors in chief of the adult primary care section of UpToDate (2), described on its Web site as being “a comprehensive evidence-based clinical information resource available to physicians on the internet, CD-ROM, and Pocket PC…designed to get physicians the concise, practical answers they need when they need them the most—at the point of care” (3).
