In this issue, Chou and colleagues report a systematic review and meta-analysis of 5 urinary biomarkers used for diagnosis of bladder cancer. The editorialists caution against replacing the current methods of detecting bladder cancer until more accurate and cost-effective urinary biomarkers become available.
