This monumental study is based on data derived from the records of 1,329 children treated in the Tuberculosis Clinic of the Harriet Lane Home of the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Cases were admitted to the study from 1928 to 1944, and follow-up was continued until completion of compilation of records in 1950.
