Twenty-nine papers presented at the Second International Symposium of Immunopathology held at Brook Lodge in 1961 have been brought to print and grouped into 9 sections, the first 7 of which cover aspects of experimental immunologic injury and the last 2 clinical and pharmacological aspects. All of the papers come from laboratories which have produced important work on the subject matter covered. Nearly all are primarily reviews of the author's published work, but most include also some more recent, unpublished data. Detailed descriptions of experimental procedures are not included, but each paper has a good bibliography.
