Primary tumors of the heart and its covering membranes are unusual. Hemangiomas involving these structures are exceedingly rare to the point of being pathologic curiosities. The following is a case of spontaneous hemopericardium in a patient with angiomatosis of the parietal and visceral pericardium, which, to our knowledge, is unique in medical literature.
