Although Calcification in primary and metastatic carcinoma of the gastrointestinal tract is well documented (1-3), its occurrence in pancreatic carcinoma has not been reported in the English literature of the past 25 years. We report here a case of primary pancreatic carcinoma in which the original tumor showed calcification, and subsequent recurrences in the pancreas, periaortic nodes, liver, and lungs contained extensive calcification.
