A comprehensive program for development, maintenance, and use of a detailed case-records database. Runs on higher-level MS-DOS machines (MS-DOS 3.1 or higher needed) but also includes OS/2, Novell Netware. A version supporting Windows and Presentation Manager is promised. RAM calculations may not work with SideKick, Deskmate, and other RAM resident programs. The data coverage includes patient demographics and history; diagnoses; encounter records; hospital, physician, procedure, medication, insurance, and laboratory lists; and medications.
