We examined 128 adults (90 women, 38 men; mean age [±SD], 45.3 ± 16.7 years) with histories of immediate reactions to penicillins. Our work-up was performed with intervals ranging from 1 to 420 months (median, 7 months) after the most recent adverse reaction. No case met any exclusion criterion.
