It is well known that the electrocardiographic diagnosis of myocardial disease, particularly of myocardial infarction, in the presence of left bundle branch block (LBBB) is difficult. However, it has been shown recently that the spatial vectorcardiogram (sVCG) can be useful in the diagnosis of myocardial disease in the presence of LBBB.1, 2 Many investigators have considered the electrocardiographic diagnosis of myocardial disease difficult in the presence of the pre-excitation syndrome (Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome) for essentially the same reasons as in LBBB.3, 4, 5 Because of the diagnostic possibilities of the sVCG in LBBB, it was decided to investigate the value of
