A new, major, comprehensive, and exhaustive text. The first volume covers mainly interpreting neurologic presentations and selecting and interpreting diagnostic methods and procedures, but also includes general chapters on the main methods of investigation, relevant aspects of neurosciences, and management using particular disciplines and in particular categories of patients (such as the newborn and the elderly). The second volume describes major and minor neurologic disorders, diseases, and neoplasms; it closes with an unusual group of chapters on neurologic problems important in four major regions of the world (Latin America, Asia, Africa, and India).
