There has just been held in the exhibition rooms of the beautiful new building of the New York Academy of Medicine, the second Annual Exhibit of original works in the plastic and graphic arts by contemporary American physicians. The first one, held last year, was most successful, not only because of the importance of the exhibit from technical and artistic points of view, but because it demonstrated in the first place the existence in the American medical profession of a considerable body of individuals interested practically in the creation of beautiful things.
