Mills reports results on a series of 52 cases of pneumonia treated with Felton's serum, at the Montreal General Hospital. While small, the results are in agreement with the favorable results already published in the larger clinics in New York. In the 52 cases treated with serum there were 6 death, a mortality percentage of treated cases of 11.5 per cent. During the same period there was 20 untreated cases with 10 deaths, a mortality percentage in the controls of 40 per cent.
