As the outgrowth of an extensive teaching experience Rasmussen has prepared this monograph to aid the student in acquiring usable knowledge of the more important nervous pathways in the central nervous system. It represents a correlation and fusion of structural information (morphology) with knowledge of function, and thus it builds a dynamic conception of the nervous system.
