The title, Modern Aspects of Gastro-Enterology, is in itself inviting; the compactness of the volume and the arrangement of material will appeal to those who have long wished for a brief treatise on Gastro-Enterology.
Though the author has chosen for discussion only some of the more important diseases of the gastrointestinal tract he has dealt with most of the other conditions in the sections on general methods of investigation and differential diagnosis.
