The practical management of cerebral spastic palsy has always been difficult due to the medical condition of the patient, the psychological reaction of the parents and the few therapists available with a suitable attitude toward and aptitude for the very slow and complicated procedures. The authors have presented most completely and thoroughly the principles of treatment which have been known but which have never been well coördinated. The book is very interestingly written so that even the technical angles will be understood by the average layman.
