On December 15, 1940, Dr. William Gerry Morgan, Washington, D. C., College Historian, presented to the Board of Regents the completed volume of "The American College of Physicians—Its First Quarter Century, " a work on which the Historian had been engaged for the past four years. The History was authorized during the Presidency of Dr. Ernest B. Bradley in 1936, and the preparation of the volume required long and arduous review of the transactions of the College from its initiation in 1915.
