This monograph is a presentation of the technical factors involved in the production of pasteurized milk. It obviously has not been prepared for the use of medical students or instructors and workers in preventive medicine. It is definitely for the use of the technical personnel responsible for the planning, construction, operation and control of pasteurizing plants.
