Roentgen Signs in Clinical Diagnosis is a new book in which not only the essentials, but also the pitfalls of correct roentgenologic interpretations are stressed. Roentgen diagnosis is stressed from a slightly different standpoint as the material has been organized, as far as possible, according to roentgenologic manifestations, rather than on an etiologic or anatomic basis, as in other texts. This method of organization seems quite useful in presenting the fundamental facts of roentgen diagnosis.
