A physician and a medical management consultant have combined efforts to produce this volume on medical practice management. There are two principal divisions—one dealing with a philosophic approach to medical practice, that of providing true comprehensive medical care—the second with details of locating and organizing an office. Additionally, there are sections on estate planning, home ownership (an eye opener), insurance, and other items of economic interest to the physician.
Although rather long, and in certain portions irritatingly repetitive and sophomoric, the text makes surprisingly easy reading. It reveals insights into the cause for many frustrations incident to medical practice and
