With the constant use of new chemotherapeutic agents for treatment of cancer, it is inevitable that these agents will eventually be used during pregnancy. The urgent need to define the effect of these agents on the fetus has been amply illustrated by the experience with thalidomide (1, 2).
The following case report illustrates the use of vinblastine sulfate (Velban_) in a pregnant patient with Hodgkin's disease.
