Every January for the last 4 years, J. Lawton Smith has organized and carried off successfully a week-long conference on clinical neuroophthalmology. This book is the third volume of the annually published proceedings of this symposium, which is attended by ophthalmologists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, and pediatricians with a common interest in the visual and ocular motor systems.
T. H. Newton's essay deserves special mention. He discusses the evaluation of lesions affecting the third ventricle and adjacent structures, and he covers 63 of Mosby's gorgeous glossy pages with X rays. This clear and instructive chapter is the backbone of the book. It
