To the Editor: At the Annual Session of the College in San Francisco I sat fascinated for 3-plus hours, listening to the excursion into "The Changing Mores of Biomedical Research." Presumably this is to be published, and, certainly, goodly portions of it should reach the printed page. While listening to the various descriptions with some suggestions for possible solution concerning artificial insemination, birth control, infanticide, euthanasia, genetic manipulation, and organ transplantation, I kept waiting for one that never appeared. The items mentioned above are neat, important, and well-recognized examples where ethical, moral, and legal problems exist, and with all of
