This book is a worthy addition to the library of vectorcardiography. In accord with its title, it deals with the clinical use of vectorcardiography. Such a text, based on the Frank lead system, has not previously been available. In view of the general acceptance of the Frank lead system, a clinically useful presentation such as this has been needed.
At times, the discussion of basic concepts that must be understood are too brief. The section discussing vector concepts needs more detail. Added explanation of lead vector concepts would be an improvement for physicians who have not done basic work in
