A case of a patient with recurrent paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia fibrillation is presented, and the three modes of therapy used to achieve complete suppression of the ectopic ventricular foci—pacing, cardiac sympathetic denervation, and beta-adrenergic blockade—are reviewed.
