It has been demonstrated by example that there is a simple method for following exacerbations of retroperitoneal lymph node tumor before, during, and after therapy. This technique involves obtaining a single abdominal X-ray film with each clinic visit for a period of months after a lymphogram has been done. This follow-up procedure is most useful in lymphoma.
