An English textbook embodying physical diagnosis (as that curricular term is usually used in the United States) and some elements of clinical pathology, diagnostic radiology, and symptom analysis. Best use in this country might be as a student's lightweight supplement to a textbook of medicine such as "Beeson-McDermott" that is deficient in the differential-diagnostic analysis of symptoms and signs.
