Revisions of two textbooks designed for the medical student. Either book might be helpful to the physician who wishes to review pharmacology as part of preparation for certifying examination. Neither is adequate as a reference book. Gaddum's Pharmacology is little concerned with drug therapy, and in this regard, Dr. Goth's book is better suited to the clinical point of view.
