To the Editor: There is an error in the article entitled "Femoral Nerve Entrapment Secondary to a Heparin Hematoma," by Susens, Hendrickson, Mulder, and Sams (Ann. Intern. Med. 69: 575, 1968). The first sentence states ". . . patients with hemophilia (factor XIII deficiency.) . . ." It should be noted that hemophilia ordinarily refers to a factor VIII rather than a factor XIII deficiency. I suspect that this was a typographical error.
